Open terminal from Sublime selected folder
A nice project on PackageControl (or GitHub): MacTerminal.
It opens a Terminal window (or a tab inside iTerm) from the folder of a current opened file inside Sublime Text.

Just use "ctrl+command+t" while editing file to open terminal with cd to directory where the file exists.
