Yahoo weather app like image swiping

When Yahoo released his <a href="http://techcrunch.com/2013/04/18/yahoos-surprisingly-gorgeous-new-ios-weather-app-centers-around-crowdsourced-photos/">new iPhone weather app</a> a month ago I've been really impressed on how much effort they put into the details. Especially the swiping animation from one city to another spark me a little bit.

Since I've released the first version of <a href="http://stereobit.github.io/dragend/">dragend JS</a>, a jQuery plugin for swiping, some weeks ago I though building something like this would be a good test for the API I've provided there. And it worked out. After providing some additional callback functions I was able to build a <a href="http://stereobit.github.io/dragend/demos/yahoo-swipe/">image slider with exactly the same behavior</a>.
