The best terminal utility EVER.
The single most useful utility I've found for the OS X Terminal is TotalTerminal. It glues the terminal to the top of the screen, and drops it down at the press of a hotkey. It's just like the Quake console! I make mine slightly transparent, so I can read what's under it. No more alt-tabbing around during development!
