Preventing accidental system halts and reboots
Ever inadvertently reboot a production system over ssh, thinking you were rebooting your own developer machine? No of course not. Who would do that?
So hypothetically, if you wanted to safeguard from this dreadful situation on debian systems, you could install molly-guard.
Molly-guard will prompt you to type the hostname when issuing a reboot
or shutdown
over ssh. Not that you would ever needs this...
