Starting a virtualbox VM in headless mode from the GUI
I just found out that you can start a VirtualBox VM in headless mode pressing shift and clicking on the start button on the GUI. Good way to run a development environment without having the VM windows cluttering your desktop.
If even the VirtualBox manager window is bothering you, there's also the VBoxHeadlessTray, which can run VMs from the tray. This is the one I am using right now.
