Windows: Compare 2 files/folders in different repos from Explorer without copying
1) Install WinMerge.
2) Run it, Go to Options > Shell Integration. Enable "Add to context menu" and "Enable advanced menu"
3) Follow the second set of screenshots on http://tour.winmerge.org/#d0e52 (the Windows Explorer context menu shortcuts section - this works with files too)
I find this really handy when I need to do a dumb compare of files in different subversion branches.
