Setting up PostgreSQL for Ruby on Rails on Linux

I wrote a blog post about how to set up your linux machine to play nice with Ruby on Rails ans PostgreSQL. It's my development setup and I basically wrote it up, so next time I set up a new machine I won't have to google it anymore :-)
