Xcode 4.4.1 update and Command Line Tools

I just wanted to update my Xcode installation, recently 4.2.x...
I opened the App Store and found no update for my installation.
Don't ask me why, but it seems that you need to go to here:

https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action#

and select Xcode 4.4.1.

There you have the Xcode 4.4.1 installation (1,8GB) and the command line tools for Lion and Mountain Lion.

Hope this helps someone and saves some time.
