Rails ad-hoc page caching for signed in/out
Some nginx vhost config to allow you to do signed in/out page caching, and then a cap task that will let you populate that cache in an ad-hoc way.
Useful for when a random landing page gets put on Reddit or Stumbleupon and goes gangbusters.
