I love the opportunity that programming gives me to solve problems and make people's lives easier or better. I have 9+ years of experience architecting and developing web, desktop, and, more recently, mobile applications. My goal is always to understand the user and create solid and extensible software.
While I'm constantly challenging myself to learn new technology and improve my skills, my core competencies include:
Ruby - Rails, Jruby; Javascript - jQuery, Backbone.js; Apple iPhone Development - Objective-C, MonoTouch, .NET
I believe strongly in test driven development and have most recenlty used Rspec, Jasmine, Sinon.js.
I love cupcakes, crab rangoon, and playing with my black pug, Maverick.
