Customize Cinnamon's "Aero-snap" functionality

Something changed recently in the Cinnamon Window Manager. I used to drag windows straight up to maximize them, but they were suddenly half-height'ed instead of maximized.

If you go into Cinnamon Settings, pick the "Window Tiling and Edge Flip" applet, and decrease the "Tiling HUD Visibility Threshold." It was set to 150. I've reduced to 30 and now can have either behavior. Dragging to the top-center of the screen, I get the half-height behavior, dragging otherwise north gives me the old Maximize behavior.
