easily edit part of an underscored name

A whole underscored_name can be replaced easily with "ce" but what if you just want to replace the first part or a middle part?

You could do "ct_" but the _ is hard to reach. I define the following mapping to accomplish this easily from the home keys:

nnoremap cu ct_

Also it's repeatable with "."
