Generate Icon Fonts

Big fan of using webfonts for icons.

You can make your own using: http://fontcustom.com

Bootstrap ready and screen reader friendly. Just give it a folder of SVGs, and fontcustom will generate the webfonts for you.

Or if you use grunt, check out grunt-webfont: https://github.com/sapegin/grunt-webfont

Same principle but has built in additional support for CSS preprocessors and can output a demo html page of all the icons.
