iTerm2 quick full screen
iTerm2 is a great terminal replacement, but default it has the slow and annoying animation that renders your second screen useless.
Go to: iTerm2 > Preferences > General
On the right side of the panel you can make that go away by unchecking "Use Lion-style Fullscreen windows

If I do that, then the full screen window is shown on top of my desktop, and now I can't access my desktop unless I hide iTem2 with Cmd+H, which is annoying. Or perhaps I'm missing something;

@gnapse You can exit fullscreen by hitting command+Enter
