Sublime Text: Surround each line with tags
Requirements:
+Sublime Package Control
+Tag Package
- Select many lines
- cmd+shift+l to split the selection into many selections, one per line
- ctrl+shift+w to add a tag
- Upon finishing, inserts open and close tags encasing every line selected

note for windows users
sublime closes itself on ctrl+shift+w
at least it does so on my computer)

ctrl+shift+w or cmd+shift+w will close sublime on both osx and windows, on keyboard default binding, need to use ctrl+w instead.

ah I left out something important, you need the package installer + tag package for this.
