Red backgrounds make you angry

When working on layout and design for a website be aware that the site's color can affect your mood.

If you have to spend hours working on a site with an intense color scheme (bright red, for example) consider using a more neutral placeholder scheme to deal with layout issues and then switch to the site's normal scheme before launching or reconsider the color choice.
