Sync Ubuntu server time without changing ntp servers
Don't need to add the ntp server from your country. Ubuntu uses ntp.ubuntu.com by default.
So you can just adjust the timezone:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
In my case - Brazil - I just selected America, then Sao_Paulo, enter. Done.
Cheers!
