Easy Project Syncing with Dropbox

Use case

You work on multiple machines on the same project. You need to sync changes from one machine to the other. This works great in conjuction with version control.

Example

So, you're working on feature at your place of work. It's time to go home, but you haven't finished the feature, and it's not ready for commit. What do you do?

Using an syncing service like Dropbox makes this dead simple.

In Dropbox, place the project folder in the Dropbox folder.

When you go home, turn on your machine. If it's already been on and connected to the net, your changes should already be waiting for you!

This is useful too if you forgot to push changes to your shared server (ala Github). No need for flash drives or such.
