Whitelisting applications to your systray in Ubuntu

Ever noticed that, even though some applications will allow you to minimize it to your systray, they just won't show an icon there?

Due some security measure, applications need to be whitelisted in order to be able to show their icons in the systray area.

To whitelist all applications, just run on terminal:

gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist "['all']"

That's it: from this on, any application that provide systray icon will be displayed there.

This does not work on Ubuntu 13.04 for you don't need it :D
