Change shortcut key for launching the Unity Bar in Ubuntu

Install gconf-editor

$ sudo apt-get install gconf-editor

Open gconf-editor

$ gconf-editor

Go to apps/compiz-1/plugins/unityshell/screen0/options
Find show_launcher on right box and change its value to what shortcut key as you want (<Alt>Z for example).
