Instalation Script for OpenVas 7

The Link (OpenVAS) is a framework of several services and tools offering a comprehensive and powerful vulnerability scanning and vulnerability management solution.

As part of the Link I create a script for myself, since normally it takes a long time for Arch Linux and other distros to update their OpenVAS packages..
I been step by step updating and making it better.. but Hoping for someone to jump in and join me.. even if we have to rewrite it on ruby or python..

chmod 700 the file before you start.. script still needs some more checks and error logs. also some other improvements..

START UP SCRIPTS FOR UBUNTU
add the *.conf into /etc/init (this is using the new Ubuntu init format)
