I'm currently a Program Manager on multiple web development projects. I have some development support background (Java) and scripting experience (Perl).
I'm working to upgrade my skillset to include Ruby/Rails development. In the next 2 to 4 months, I'm looking to start working on freelance web development projects in order to build experience and improve my skills.
