I'm a passionate HR, a talent counselor, and a life-long learner. I like to work in a professional and dynamic company, in a team that pays attention to a continuous improvement process and it respects individual values. In my professional activity, my aim is to identify the potential, to develop it, and to put it into the right position – I’m looking for this for my candidates, but also for myself.
