A Workaround for Displaying UTC

I wanted to add a UTC display to the World Clock on my Android phone but there is no UTC option available, only major cities. But according to this Wikipedia article, I can use Reykjavik, Iceland because it is in GMT and does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
