Terminal Meta Goodness in iTerm
Oscar Godson mentioned this really handy OS X Terminal tip for enabling rapid movement between words on the command-line. Just in case there are any iTerm 2 users out there who haven't enabled the similar setting in that app, you can go to Preferences and set the Left option key to "+Esc" which enables the same Option-f/Option-b word jumping.
