SolrCloud fast indexing avialable for queries

In order to have new documents indexed and available for search quickly, set the autoSoftCommit param to 1000, once per second. You can do so in solrConfig.xml. This is not a hard commit which will flush the updated index to disk, but does update it in memory, making the new result available.
