Vim: make ",," an abbreviation for "=>"

In Perl, the => is called the "fat comma". Other languages use it, too.

You fingers will love <space>,,<space> instead of stretching for = and chording >.

The downside: you'll type it on the command line for one-liners and have to fix it.
