Dojo: Level Up Your Communication Skill!

I believe that most of the problems in the work environment are not technical, but little human relationship dissonances that can be solved with exercises in programming dojos.

Your code is a literal form of expression that is also compilable. It just like an ancient Shakespeare english, with perfect grammar and an elegant structure. Like any form of expression your code is art!

However, your code usually is not yours. It sum of the effort of many that also like Shakespeare's, could be hard to understand and maintain the same elegance.

Simplicity is always the key. I'm not saying that we should drop the art style. But instead, improve your form of expression.

Dojos will improve the form you express your code. You will be forced not only to write code, but also talk about it in the way that your co-pilot will keep it up and continue.

Level Up your communication skills. Practice it in a Dojo!

Great advice! Commenting and making full sense of your code is not only good for future co-pilots, but you will probably simplify it a lot more in the process.

Wow! That is looking at dojo from a whole new perspective. I had the task of migrating from an old version of dojo to the latest version and I can see what you are talking about while coding in the latest version.
