My lighting talk at TakeOffConf is now online : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeiaMkQBdts&feature=youtu.be .
I am a bit new to all this so this might explain the stress ;)
I've been working a bit on this topic since then and the previous one. Turns out it's difficult to speak about work related problems.
I've made a small post here previously : https://coderwall.com/p/kbhosw that only cover part of the topic.
It's always hard to come up to someone and say "hey you like you are wrong". Most of the time it doesn't work at all. This talk is set in this way and this probably the reason why it's not easy to make it smooth.
Yet, this talk was setup around one main thing : Stockholm's Syndrom and its presence in companies. Seriously : look into it.
