Exchange Trusted Subservice
If you work in PowerShell at all and have to administer Exchange 2010 or 2013. I would suggest if you have the ability to add security groups to your local machines administrators group. Add the "Exchange Trusted Subservices" security group. By adding this to your local machine you will now be able to run commands and scripts against your Exchange server.
This is a huge time saver for myself and my team.
