Simplify

We all like to code and we like to use the best technology and practices. And usually we spend more time (and this is not bad for us) and we use the most advanced techniques coding a simple app.

Remember that even if you like to code you are paid to find a solution and deliver it. Your client will be happy with something that works (that can be beautiful) and doesn't cost too much.

Simplify. Ask yourself if you will need all that stuff that is best for a huge project in this simple app.

Keep YAGNI on mind when coding.
