(re) generating ctags to include bundled gems

ctags are awesome for browsing a source code. If aren't currently using them, this article a gives good introduction.

If you're using a project with bundler, the below will help you generate tags for your gems.

From your project directory:

ctags -e --exclude=.git --exclude='*.log' -R * `bundle show --paths`

My key mapping:

map <Leader>rft :!ctags -e --exclude=.git --exclude='*.log' -R * `bundle show --paths` <CR><CR>
