Download files in Chrome for iOS

Chrome has become my goto browser on my iPad and a small flaw that has really bugged me so far has been that it is impossible to save i.e. a PDF directly in the app. Up until now my solution has been to copy / paste the URL in mobile Safari, but that's not very classy.

So, my new solution is to use GoodReader as a download manager, not a big difference since it's been my favorite doc viewer since my first iPad. The process is simple, just add a "g" before the URL! GoodReaders URI is "ghttp" or "ghttps" and when typed into Chrome it will simply pop the app open, download your file and view it. Done!
