SEO / Analytics Tag Management

As we add more and more tracking pixels/scripts, the need to consolidate and optimize them becomes more apparent. Too many of the scripts are badly written, causing conflicts and JS errors, or just slow down the page.

My company was recently approached by a representative of what has become a new niche market of tag management services. They have an interesting product which I assume puts a single "meta-tracker" on the site, which posts back to their servers, where they perform server-side integration with all the usual tracking culprits. Pretty neat idea -- 1 script, 1 place to manage, and thus better client-side performance. I went looking around to see what the deal is:
