Responsive Drop Down Menu.

Still definitely a work in progress, but the idea is for nav system with dynamically generated menu items and submenus. JavaScript inserts the carrot which can then support touch screen users.
When on mobile it switches to a select menu thanks to Chris Coyiers script.
