Enable Gwibber login on Mint 14 Mate

If you use Mint 14 Mate and try to use gwibber, you may notice you can't sign in a Twiiter account. It will ask you to add Online Accounts but unfortunately, Twitter isn't listed there. You need to install 2 additional packages

$ sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center-signon

and

$ sudo apt-get install account-plugin-twitter
