Codetag - Become a Developer Legend
I've came across this site, they are still in beta and they are still working on things, but so far seems great.
You build your profile, say which coding skills you have (just need to click the button) and then accept quests related to such skills, upon completion of the quest you will gain points to upgrade such skills. Been fun so far.
