search the Druapl API site directly from Chrome's superbar

I like to search api.drupal.org directly from the chrome superbar it saves me two key strokes every time I need to look something up

Set Up

  1. Open Chrome Settings.
  2. click on "Manage Search Engines".
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and and fill in the three fields.

A. Drupal API
B. d7
C. http://api.drupal.org/api/search/7/%s

Note: if you would like to set up multiple searches for different version of Drupal you can. just care multiple search engines and change the numbers in fields B and C to indicate version. 5-8 are available.

Use

1 . Place cursor in super bar.
2. Type value you entered in from field B.
3. Hit [Tab] key.
4. Type search query.
5. Get info from API site!
