Build an MVP Product
The hardest part about building an application is knowing when to call it version 1.0. The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is critical to getting launched early and with the basics to make it work... if you don't, you end up in feature hell. It is always the easiest path to paint the grand picture, the challenge is discovering what can be chopped out now and what to keep in to launch quickly and test your product in the real world.
Always be thinking... Is this an MVP product map? or is it a partially completed idea that will never be perfect enough to launch?
