Even if the girl/guy that's building my house can multitask, and therefore work on one or two other client's houses simultaneously along with mine, I would rather he/she focus solely on my project, wouldn't you?
Work on one project at a time.
The ability to finish tasks time and again, and finish them like a BOSS, is arguably not an easy feat to keep up; and arguably more sought after than the ability to "multitask"
