Re-enable apt-get auto completion

You, alone in the shell, are trying to install some delicious applications through apt. But we know we never can remember them so we just TAB - our saviour.

However sometimes the TAB won't work, like in my case. My googling came up with this

chsh -s /bin/bash user_name
