meta charset="utf-8" doesn't work on Lynx

The simple form of html5 to declare the charset doesn't work correctly on Lynx.

The Lynx doesn't interprete the encoding of the page, this problem is bad to SEO.

Change <meta charset="utf-8"> to the traditional way <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
