Macbook White, 13-inch, Mid 2010, SanDisk Extreme SSD Link Speed 1.5G instead 3G

So, I just buy a SanDisk Extreme SSD disk to upgrade my Macbook White, 13-inch, Mid 2010, the normal firmware doesn't work for me, version R211, negotiated link speed was 1.5 Gigabit (sadpanda), but I found a version of the same firmware to fix this problem!, yay!, the R211m version can up to SATAII speed, 3 Gigabit!, I download the R11m version from here, and, here's a screenshot ;-).
