So, you can not use SSH for a reason or another, maybe you are on a shared host and your provider still can not provide you with a jailed SSH yet...
Use ProArtisan!
I developped this tiny package that comes with the following routes :
/proartisan/insert_commands
/proartisan/execute_commandsall you have to do is install the package, and go to the first link
/proartisan/insert_commandsAnd the rest is just a piece of cake!
