Currently, I am an network security engineer at Institute for Information Industry, III, from Taiwan. And I am also a member of anti-botnet team for Taiwan National Computer Emergency Response Team, TWNCERT (known as Information and Communication Security Technology Center, ICST, domestically).
I am very interested in finding new threats in real world with malware analysis, botnet tracking and penetration testing. I have a great passion for developing my own solution-driven scripts and programs for security related problems and learning about new hacking and security techniques.
Practically, I have abundant experiences in security incidents handling and digital forensics. My passion is also network administration and operating systems, mainly Linux and Windows.
I am also a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU) now. My research interests include most aspects of network and system security, such as botnet issues, binary and malware analysis, and web security. At present, I focus on security intelligence research.
