Second-last bullet-point there...
I prefer seeing it written "Life Work balance". Put the driver up front where it belongs. That way, if there is a necessity for there to be an imbalance, we're reminded it's not in favour of work, which has destroyed many, many relationships. The culture should fully support that we work to live, not the other way around.
