SATADA MATZA is also called Sattva Matka. It is the version of lottery which is played in India. It began in the time of Indian Independence when it was referred to as Ankada Jug ("wheat-bearing numbers"). Satta matka or Madhur matka literally means "pot-bearing numbers" and was replaced by various other methods for generating random numbers, such as rolling dice, picking numbers from a hat, counting the fingers of a person, or using a card or coin.
