Hey guys, you are absolutely correct.
I was messing around with Javascript awhile back trying to come up with a js only solution. Dumb, I know. But none the less you are right. :)
But this has other uses as far as trying to set the height/width of an element on the window.resize function

@skaggej Hey, this shouldn't be version specific. The only thing to watch out for is the 'Easing' parameter which you have to have jQuery UI running as well. Hope this helps
