Any idea how to silence the log output of all the seed commands?

If I do that, then the full screen window is shown on top of my desktop, and now I can't access my desktop unless I hide iTem2 with Cmd+H, which is annoying. Or perhaps I'm missing something;

I already had this in my tmux.conf
What's the difference with the notation you proposed? Is there any advantage to mine?
