The first thing you need to do is buy some seeds. There are a lot of different types of seeds, so it can be a little overwhelming to know what to get. If you’re new to growing cannabis, I recommend getting feminized seeds. You can get feminized by crossing two different strains, or through genetic modification with a technique called Selective breeding. This will produce the most stable and reliable results, because it’s not just going with the same genetics from one plant to the next. Feminized seeds are also generally easier to grow, because they are designed for optimal female flowers. There are also regular seeds for growing regular marijuana plants (like those used for smoking), and there are even feminized seeds for growing cannabis plants that are going to be used for medicinal purposes (like CBD oil).
